Paul C. Scott is a Registered Architect in the State of New York and has been working professionally since 1992. His work
includes a broad range of smaller scale residential and commercial projects with an attention to craft and detail. His
experience also includes code and zoning analyses and feasibilty studies for a variety of properties within New York City.


Before establishing his own practice in 2003 he was project designer and project architect with Studio Morsa for a variety of high
end residential and retail projects in New York, Spain, Nevis and St. Barts. These projects included such commercial projects
as the New York Boutiques for Comme Des Garcons and Marni. Prior to working in New York, he was working in the
office of Pritzker Prize winning Architect Alvaro Siza in Porto, Portugal. In this office he was involved in the design of a new
church and parochial center, a large urban park, and master planning for the historic center of the town of Guimaraes in
the North of Portugal.


Paul Scott graduated with the Henry Adams Gold medal for design excellence from the Rhode Island School of Design.
He has been a guest critic and has lectured and taught courses on the role and potentials of drawing in the making of
Architecture at both Parsons/The New School and the Rhode island School of Design. He is currently teaching design studios in the Masters of Interior Design program at Parsons/ The New School.
